A few AOL users reported problems
when attempting to register or access the site (if successfully registered) using
the AOL browser. CBound has contacted AOL directly regarding this
problem and was told the following:
- The AOL browser is the issue with
the problem. This browser relies on settings associated with
the Internet Explorer software on a computer system. AOL users should
use one of the following
solutions to resolve this issue.
1) Avoid the problem by using a different
browser: Connect to the Internet using AOL for access but once
connected, use a browser on
your computer (e.g. Internet Explorer, Netscape, or Firefox) to view
the web site.
2) Adjust the settings in Internet
Explorer: As noted above, the AOL browser uses the settings from Internet Explorer.
In order to adjust the settings to fix the issue, you must:
A. Open Internet Explorer
B. Select the menu choice
' Tools'
C. Select ' Internet Options'
D. Select the tab 'Programs'
E. Select
the button 'Reset Web Settings'
F. Select 'Yes'.
You should then
be able to access the site via your AOL browser.
